Common use of Change in Credit and Collection Policy Clause in Contracts

Change in Credit and Collection Policy. The Borrower will not make any material change in the Credit and Collection Policy that would be reasonably expected to either (x) have a material adverse effect on the collectability of the Pool Receivables or (y) have a Borrower Material Adverse Effect or a Material Adverse Effect, in each case, without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent and the Majority Lenders. Promptly following any material change in the Credit and Collection Policy, the Borrower will deliver a copy of the updated Credit and Collection Policy to the Administrative Agent and each Lender.

The Borrower Servicer will not make any material change in the Credit and Collection Policy that would be reasonably expected to either (x) have a material adverse effect on the collectability of the Pool Receivables or (y) have a Borrower Material Adverse Effect or a Material Adverse Effect, in each case, without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent and the Majority Lenders. Promptly following any material change in the Credit and Collection Policy, the Borrower Servicer will deliver a copy of the updated Credit and Collection Policy to the Administrative Agent and each Lender.
