Change in Fees and/or Benefits. Any change to the price of the Membership or any material change to the Membership benefits will be communicated to Members at least 30 days prior to the automatic renewal date of September 15 each year. If Members wish to select a different payment plan at the start of each subsequent Calendar Year, they may do so by informing CF Montréal Member Services department prior to September 14 for the following Season provided that no change in a payment plan will be effective until confirmed in writing by the club.

  • Termination Compensation Termination Compensation equal to two (2) times the Executive's Base Period Income shall be paid to the Executive in a single sum payment in cash on the thirtieth (30th) business day after the later of (a) the Control Change Date and (b) the date of the Executive's employment termination; provided that if at the time of the Executive's termination of employment the Executive is a Specified Employee, then payment of the Termination Compensation to the Executive shall be made on the first day of the seventh (7th) month following the Executive's employment termination.

  • REFUND OF UNEARNED COMPENSATION The Party of the Second Part agrees to refund the Party of the First Part any compensation received for which no services were rendered. The amount of the aggregate lump sum provided by this Section 3(c), whether paid immediately or deferred, shall not be counted as compensation for purposes of any other benefit plan or program applicable to the Executive.

  • Travel Compensation The Contractor shall not be compensated or reimbursed for travel time, travel expenses, meals, or lodging.
