Common use of Change in Form of Certificate Clause in Contracts

Change in Form of Certificate. Any Subscription Receipt Certificate validly issued in accordance with the terms of this Agreement in effect at the time of issue of such Subscription Receipt Certificate shall, subject to the terms of this Agreement and applicable law, validly entitle the holder to acquire Units, notwithstanding that the form of such Subscription Receipt Certificate may not be in the form then required by this Agreement.
