Change in General Partner. The Limited Partnership hereunder shall continue notwithstanding any dissolution, removal or replacement of the General Partner, provided that: (a) the General Partner is replaced with a new general partner in accordance with this Agreement; and (b) the appropriate Declarations are filed pursuant to the Act.
