Common use of Change in Guaranteed Obligations Clause in Contracts

Change in Guaranteed Obligations. The obligations of the Guarantor under this Guarantee shall extend to any change in the Guaranteed Obligations: (a) as a result of any amendment, supplement, renewal or replacement of any Financing Document or the occurrence of any other thing; and (b) regardless of whether the Guarantor is aware of, has consented to or is given notice of any alteration, variation, amendment, supplement, renewal or replacement of any Financing Document or the occurrence of such other thing.
