Common use of Change in Investment Strategy Clause in Contracts

Change in Investment Strategy. The Borrower shall notify the Agent of any proposed and/or actual change in investment strategy of the Borrower or any Material Subsidiary which the Borrower reasonably expects would result in a material change in the Group’s business activities or financial position.
