Common use of Change in Laws Clause in Contracts

Change in Laws. The Parties agree to negotiate modifications to this DPA if changes are required for the parties continued compliance with the Data Protection Laws, including, but not limited to, (i) any changes or amendments in response to updates to the Standard Contractual Clauses issued by the European Commission, or (ii) if changes to the membership status of a country in the European Union or the EEA require such modification.
