Common use of Change in Laws Clause in Contracts

Change in Laws. (i) Each Party will bear the risk of and have financial responsibility for any change in Laws as set forth in the Change Procedures. (ii) To the extent that delivery of the Services will be impacted by any change in State Street Laws or State Street Known Laws, State Street will so notify the other affected BFA Recipients of any required change to the Services or to any systems used to provide the Services (collectively, “Changes to the Services”) and the impact.
