Change in Legality. (a) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, if any Change in Law shall make it unlawful for any Lender to make or maintain any Eurodollar Loan or to give effect to its obligations as contemplated hereby with respect to any Eurodollar Loan, then, by written notice to the Borrower and to the Administrative Agent:

(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreementanything to the contrary herein contained, if any Change change in Law any law or regulation or in the interpretation thereof by any Governmental Authority charged with the administration or interpretation thereof shall make it unlawful for any Lender to make or maintain any Eurodollar Loan or to give effect to its obligations as contemplated hereby with in respect to of any Eurodollar LoanBorrowing contemplated hereby, then, by written notice to the Borrower and to the Administrative Agent, such Lender may:

(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, if any Change in Law shall make it unlawful for any Lender to make or maintain any Eurodollar Eurocurrency Loan or to give effect to its obligations as contemplated hereby with respect to any Eurodollar Eurocurrency Loan, then, by written notice to the Applicable Borrower and to the Applicable Administrative Agent:

(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, if any Change in Law shall make it unlawful for any Lender (or any Affiliate of such Lender) to make or maintain any Eurodollar Loan or to give effect to its obligations as contemplated hereby with respect to any Eurodollar Loan, then, by written notice to the Borrower and to the Administrative Agent:
