Common use of Change in Location Clause in Contracts

Change in Location. BORROWER will not (a) change the location of its chief executive office or where its books and records are maintained or (b) change the names currently used by it for billing or other business purposes or (c) change or add to the location or locations of any Collateral as set forth in Section 4.5 above unless in each case above (i) BORROWER shall have given AGENT 30 days written notice of such change and (ii) AGENT shall have received such instruments or documents as AGENT may reasonably request so that such change will not impair or negatively affect the security interests granted to AGENT hereunder.
