Change in Location. The Charter School may change the physical location of an Attendance Center, provided that the Charter School fulfills the obligations and provides the information set forth in this Section with respect to such new physical location, and provided further that (1) the Charter School notifies the Board of the proposed change in location not less than 45 days prior to taking any final action in connection therewith; and (2) the Board does not issue a denial to the Charter School within 21 days of its receipt of such notification. The Board shall issue a denial only for good cause.
