Common use of Change in Location Clause in Contracts

Change in Location. Vendors who change the location of their business will not be authorized at their new location unless they have applied to the Department for authorization, have met all selection and authorization criteria, and have received a Vendor Contract for the new location. Vendors shall notify the Department in writing at least thirty (30) calendar days before changing locations. This Contract is not transferable between locations. The Contract will be terminated when the Vendor changes location.
