Change in Maturity Dates. Sections 1 and 4 of the Schedule to the Agreement and Section 4 of Schedule #2 to the Agreement are hereby amended to change the Revolving Loan Maturity Date, Term Loan Maturity Date, Cap Ex Loan Maturity Date and Term Loan B Maturity Date from January 1, 2019, to October 21, 2018.
