Change in Member Circumstance. In accordance with 42 CFR 438.608, the MCO must notify ODM no later than 30 calendar days after being notified of the date of death of a member. The MCO must notify ODM within one business day of becoming aware of changes in the member’s address, phone number, email address, or other relevant contact information. The MCO’s notifications must follow ODM prescribed submission guidelines, and be provided in the format prescribed by ODM. Pursuant to OAC rule 5160-26-02.1, the MCO must comply with managed care program termination of enrollment requirements.
