Common use of Change in Name Clause in Contracts

Change in Name. Borrower shall give Lender written notice immediately upon forming an intention to change its name, form,jurisdiction of business organization, FEIN, or Org ID, btJt in any event not less than thirty (30) days prior to effecting such change, and Borrower shall not make such change without first inquiring of Lender what actions Lender may require as a result of the contemplated change. Borrower shall take such actions, including, but not limited to, executing such documents as Lender may reasonably require as a result of such change.
