Common use of Change in Name Clause in Contracts

Change in Name. Change its name, use an additional name, or change its identity or corporate structure in any manner which would or might make any financing statement or continuation statement (or other similar instrument) relating to this Agreement seriously misleading within the meaning of Section 9-402(7) of the UCC, or impair the perfection of the Company's interest in any Receivable under any other similar law, without 30 days' prior written notice to the Company.

Change in Name. Change its the Company's name, use an additional name, or change its identity or -------------- corporate structure in any manner which that would or might is likely (i) to make any financing statement or continuation statement (or other similar instrument) relating to this Agreement seriously misleading within the meaning of Section 9-402(79- 402(g) of the UCC, applicable UCC (or analogous provision of any other similar applicable statute or legislation) or (ii) to impair the perfection of the CompanyTrust's interest in any U.S. Receivable under any other similar law, without 30 days' prior written notice to the CompanyTrustee and each Rating Agency.

Change its name, use an additional name, or change its identity or corporate structure in any manner which would would, could or might make any financing statement or continuation statement (or other similar instrument) relating to this Agreement or the Security Agreement, seriously misleading within the meaning of Section 9-402(7) of the UCC, or impair UCC as in effect in the perfection of the Company's interest in any Receivable under any other similar law, without 30 days' prior written notice to the Companyapplicable jurisdiction.

Change in Name. Change its name, use an additional name, or change its identity or corporate structure in any manner which would or might make any financing statement or continuation statement (or other similar instrument) relating to this Agreement seriously misleading within the meaning of Section SECTION 9-402(7) of the UCC, or impair the perfection of the Company's interest in any Receivable under any other similar law, UCC without 30 days' prior written notice to the CompanyPurchaser.

Change (i) its name, use an additional name, name or change identity in any manner or (ii) its identity or corporate structure in any manner which that would or might make any financing statement or continuation statement (or other similar instrument) relating to this Agreement seriously misleading within the meaning of Section 9-402(7) of the UCCUCC in effect in the relevant jurisdiction, or impair the perfection of the Company's interest in any Receivable under any other similar law, each case without 30 20 days' prior written notice to the CompanyPurchaser.
