Common use of Change in Partner's Units Clause in Contracts

Change in Partner's Units. If during a year Units are transferred or new Units issued, allocations among the Partners shall be made in accordance with their interests in the Partnership from time to time during such year in accordance with Section 706 of the Code, using the closing-of-the-books method, except that depreciation and other amortization with respect to each Partnership asset shall be deemed to accrue ratably on a daily basis over the entire period during such year that the asset is owned and in service by the Partnership.
