Common use of Change in Partners Clause in Contracts

Change in Partners. All or any of the partners may resign and new partner(s) may be admitted according to the procedures prescribed under the LLP Act, 2008 and Rules made thereunder. The written consent of all the existing partners shall be mandatory for any change in the partners. If majority of the partners wants to remove one or more partner, they can do so by majority of their votes in favour of removal of that partner.
