Common use of CHANGE IN PAYING OFFICE OR SPECIFIED OFFICE Clause in Contracts

CHANGE IN PAYING OFFICE OR SPECIFIED OFFICE. (a) If any Paying Agent proposes to change its Paying Office or to nominate a further Paying Office (which must be within the same city as its previous Paying Office), it must give to the Trustee, the Trust Manager, the Note Trustee and, in the case of a change in the Paying Office of a Paying Agent other than the Principal Paying Agent, the Principal Paying Agent, not less than 30 days' prior written notice of that change, giving the address of the new Paying Office and stating the date on which the change is to take effect.
