Change in Payment Instructions. It will not terminate the Provider Lockbox, the Provider Lockbox Account, the Purchaser Lockbox or the Purchaser Lockbox Account, or make any change or replacement in the instructions contained in any invoice, Notice or otherwise, or regarding payments with respect to Receivables to be made to it, the Purchaser or the Master Servicer, except upon the prior and express written consent of the Program Manager or the Purchaser.
Change in Payment Instructions. It will not terminate any Lockbox or Lockbox Account, or make any change or replacement in the instructions contained in any invoice, Notice to Obligors or otherwise, or regarding payments with respect to Receivables to be made to any Lockbox or Lockbox Account, except upon the prior and express written consent of the Program Manager.
Change in Payment Instructions. None of the Loan Parties will terminate any Lockbox or any Lockbox Account, or make any change or replacement in the instructions contained in any invoice, Notice to Obligors or otherwise, or regarding payments with respect to Receivables to be made to the Lockboxes or the Lockbox Accounts except upon the prior and express written consent of the Collateral Manager.
Change in Payment Instructions. The Transferor will not make any change in its instructions to Obligors or the European Purchaser regarding payments to be made in respect of the Transferred Assets.
Change in Payment Instructions. The Borrower shall not terminate, or suffer or permit the termination of, any of the Lockboxes or the Lockbox Accounts, or make any change or replacement (1) in the instructions contained in any Notice or otherwise, (2) regarding payments with respect to Receivables to be made to the Lockboxes or the Lockbox Accounts, (3) in the Standing Revocable Instruction referred to in the Depositary Agreements or otherwise, or (4) regarding payments to be made to the Agent, except upon the prior and express written direction of the Agent.

It will not terminate, or suffer or permit the termination of, any of the Lockboxes or the Lockbox Accounts, or make any change or replacement in the instructions contained in any Notice or otherwise, or regarding payments with respect to Receivables to be made to the Lockboxes, the Lockbox Accounts or the Standing Revocable Instruction referred to in the Depositary Agreements or otherwise, or regarding payments to be made to the Agent or the Program Manager, except upon the prior and express written direction of the Program Manager or the Agent.
Change in Payment Instructions. Instruct Restaurants or credit card companies to make any payments with respect to Purchased Contract Assets other than as described in Article VI hereof or the Security Agreement.

It will not terminate, or suffer or permit the termination of, any the Borrower Lockboxes, the Borrower Lockbox Accounts, the Lender Lockboxes, or the Lender Lockbox Accounts, or make any change or replacement in the instructions contained in any Notice or otherwise, or regarding payments with respect to Receivables to be made to the Lockboxes, the Borrower Lockbox Accounts, the Lender Lockbox Accounts, or the Standing Revocable Instruction referred to in the Depositary Agreements or otherwise, or regarding payments to be made to the Lender or the Program Manager, except upon the prior and express written direction of the Program Manager or the Lender.
Change in Payment Instructions. Should Contractor wish to change any bank or other financial institution to which payment is to be made, at least thirty (30) Days prior written notice shall be given to Company of the new bank or financial institution and account details where such payment is to be made.
Change in Payment Instructions. None of the Authorized Representative of the Borrowers, the Primary Servicer, Holdings or any Borrower shall terminate the Lockbox or the Lockbox Account or make any change or replacement in the instructions contained in any notice to the payor of any Receivable, in the Standing Revocable Instruction referred to in the Depositary Agreement or otherwise, or regarding payments to be made to each such Person, the Lender or the Master Servicer, except upon the prior and express direction of the Program Manager or the Lender.
