Change in Payment Instructions to Pool Obligors. The Servicers shall not (and shall not permit any Sub-Servicer to) make any change in its instructions to the Pool Obligors regarding payments to be made to the Lock-Box Accounts (or any related Lock-Box), other than any instruction to remit payments to a different Lock-Box Account (or any related Lock-Box), unless the Administrative Agent shall have consented to such change in writing.
