Change in Payment Instructions to Pool Obligors. No SPV Entity shall (and shall not permit any Servicer or any Originator to) make any change in its (or their) instructions to the Pool Obligors regarding payments to be made to the Lock-Box Accounts (or any related Lock-Box), other than any instruction to remit payments to a different Lock-Box Account (or any related Lock-Box), unless the Administrative Agent shall have consented to such change in writing.
