In the event that the Members’ Percentage Interests change during a Taxable Year, Profits and Losses shall be allocated taking into account the Members’ varying Percentage Interests for such Taxable Year, determined on a daily, monthly or other basis as determined by the Board, using any permissible method under Code Section 706 and the Regulations thereunder.
