Common use of Change in Responsible Officer Clause in Contracts

Change in Responsible Officer. Promptly, but in any event within ten (10) days after there is any change in any of the chief executive officer, chief financial officer, or the head of servicing operations of the Borrower or the Guarantor, the Borrower or the Guarantor, as applicable, shall notify the Administrative Agent thereof.
