Change in Rights. Neither any amendment nor repeal of this Article 9, nor the adoption of any provision in this Agreement inconsistent with this Article 9, shall eliminate or reduce the effect of this Article 9 in respect of any acts or omissions occurring prior to such alteration, amendment, addition to, repeal or adoption.
