Change in Securities. The provisions of this Agreement relating to Securities of any class or series shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to any Securities into which such Securities may be converted, reclassified, redesignated, subdivided, consolidated, or otherwise changed from time to time and to any Securities of any successor or continuing corporation to the Company that may be received in respect of any Securities on a reorganization, amalgamation, consolidation, or merger, statutory or otherwise.
