Change in Staffing Sample Clauses

Change in Staffing. All replacements are subject to EDD approval. Switching staff that were identified in the proposal with alternates without prior approval, after execution of this Agreement, are grounds for termination of this contract. The EDD has the right to request removal and/or replacement of staffing resources.
Change in Staffing. Any replacements of staff identified in the Subrecipient’s proposal with alternates must be approved by SBC.

  • Change in Status ‌ In the event of any substantive change in its legal status, organizational structure, or fiscal reporting responsibility, Contractor will notify HCA of the change. Contractor must provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than thirty (30) calendar days after such a change takes effect.
