Change in Standard System or Organization. Consistent with Original Intent. If, during the Term, any standard, system or organization referenced in this Agreement should be modified or replaced in the normal course of events, such modification or replacement shall from that point in time be used in this Agreement in place of the original standard, system or organization, but only to the extent such modification or replacement is generally consistent with the original spirit and intent of this Agreement.
