Change in Status Processing. Requests for (a) change of Assumed Name, (b) relocations of any Locations or Restricted Purpose Locations, (c) closures of any Locations, (d) changes in designated Responsible Agent or Broker, (e) establishment or extension of the authorized operational period of a Subdivision Sales Office, or (f) other changes in status as may be specified from time to time by Franchisor, shall be made on such form as designated by Franchisor in the Operations Manual. No approvals shall be effective until delivered in writing and signed by an officer of Franchisor.

  • Change in Status If your role within the Company changes during the Performance Cycle such that you would no longer be eligible to receive Growth Plan Units, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect as if no such change had occurred.
