CHANGE IN STATUS/UNINSURED LOSS. Borrower shall promptly give notice in writing to the Committee of: (1) any change in the name of Xxxxxxxx, and in the case of a corporation, partnership or joint venture, any change in name, identity or corporate status; or (2) any uninsured or partially uninsured loss through fire, theft, liability or otherwise in an aggregate of $25,000.
