Common use of CHANGE IN THE ADVISER'S OWNERSHIP Clause in Contracts

CHANGE IN THE ADVISER'S OWNERSHIP. The Adviser agrees that it shall notify the Trust of any anticipated or otherwise reasonably foreseeable change in the ownership of the Adviser within a reasonable time prior to such change being effected.

CHANGE IN THE ADVISER'S OWNERSHIP. The Adviser agrees that it the Adviser shall notify the Trust of any anticipated or otherwise reasonably foreseeable material change in the ownership of the Adviser within a reasonable time prior to such said change being effected.

CHANGE IN THE ADVISER'S OWNERSHIP. The Adviser agrees that it the Adviser shall notify the Trust of any anticipated or otherwise reasonably foreseeable material change in the ownership of the Adviser within a reasonable time prior to such said change being effected.

CHANGE IN THE ADVISER'S OWNERSHIP. The Adviser agrees that it shall notify provide the Trust with reasonable prior notice of any anticipated or otherwise reasonably foreseeable change in the ownership of the Adviser within that would result in a reasonable time prior to such change being effectedof control, as that term is defined in Section 2(a)(9) of the 1940 Act.

CHANGE IN THE ADVISER'S OWNERSHIP. The Adviser agrees that it the Adviser shall notify the Trust of any anticipated or otherwise reasonably foreseeable change in the ownership of the Adviser within a reasonable time prior to from such change being effectedhaving occurred or otherwise is proposed to occur under a definitive agreement.

CHANGE IN THE ADVISER'S OWNERSHIP. The Adviser agrees that it the Adviser shall notify the Trust of any anticipated or otherwise reasonably foreseeable change in the ownership of the Adviser provided that such change involves a transfer of 10% or more of the Adviser’s outstanding shares, either in a single transaction or in the aggregate over a period of time. Such notification shall be made within a reasonable time prior to such said change being effected.

CHANGE IN THE ADVISER'S OWNERSHIP. The Adviser agrees that it the Adviser shall notify the Trust of any anticipated or otherwise reasonably foreseeable material change in the ownership of the Adviser within a reasonable time prior to such of said change being effected, excluding any corporate reorganization.

CHANGE IN THE ADVISER'S OWNERSHIP. The Adviser agrees that it the Adviser shall notify the Trust of any anticipated or otherwise reasonably foreseeable change, within a reasonable time prior to said change being effected, in the ownership of the Adviser within a reasonable time prior to the extent such change being effectedwould result in an “assignment” of this Agreement (as that term is defined in Section 2(a)(4) of the 1940 Act).
