Common use of CHANGE IN THE ADVISER'S OWNERSHIP Clause in Contracts

CHANGE IN THE ADVISER'S OWNERSHIP. The Sub-Adviser agrees that, provided that a change or planned change in the ownership of the Sub-Adviser has been deliberately made public by the Sub-Adviser or its affiliates, the Sub-Adviser shall notify the Trust of such change in the ownership of the Sub-Adviser within a reasonable time prior to such change being effected.

CHANGE IN THE ADVISER'S OWNERSHIP. The Sub-Adviser agrees that, provided that a change it shall notify the Trust of any anticipated or planned otherwise reasonably foreseeable change in the ownership of the Sub-Adviser has been deliberately made public by Adviser, or in the membership of Sub-Adviser or its affiliatesAdviser’s partnership, the Sub-Adviser shall notify the Trust of such change in the ownership of the Sub-Adviser within a reasonable time prior to such change being effected.
