Common use of Change in Unit Clause in Contracts

Change in Unit. The Issuer agrees that it shall give notice to Owners pursuant to the second paragraph of Section 5.6 of this Deposit Agreement, of any amendment to its Articles of Incorporation increasing the number of Shares previously designated as a Unit at least thirty days prior to the effectiveness of such amendment.

Change in Unit. The Issuer agrees that it shall give notice to Owners Owners, pursuant to the last two sentences of the second paragraph of Section 5.6 of this Deposit Agreement, of any amendment to its Articles of Incorporation increasing changing the number of Shares previously designated as a Unit at least thirty days two weeks prior to the effectiveness of such amendment.
