Change Management Forum - Establishment and Role. (a) The LFC will establish and operate a multi-party change management forum (Change Management Forum), which will be open to the Service Provider and all Other Service Providers, provided that no service provider (including the Service Provider) will be obliged to participate in the Change Management Forum.
