Change Name/Location of Principal Office. No Borrower shall change its legal name, the jurisdiction of its organization, or the location of its principal office unless such Borrower gives not fewer than thirty (30) (or such shorter period as agreed to by the Lender) prior written notice of such change to the Lender.
