Common use of Change Name Clause in Contracts

Change Name. Change the name, organizational identification number, jurisdiction of organization or organizational identity of any Loan Party; provided, that, any Loan Party may change its name so long as such Loan Party gives 30 days prior written notice to Agent of such change.
