Common use of Change of Account Bank Clause in Contracts

Change of Account Bank. If there is any change in the identity of the Account Bank, the Cash Manager, the Mortgages Trustee, Funding 1, Funding 2, the Funding 1 Security Trustee and the Funding 2 Security Trustee shall execute such documents and take such actions as the new Account Bank and the outgoing Account Bank, the Funding 1 Security Trustee and the Funding 2 Security Trustee may require for the purpose of vesting in the new Account Bank the rights and obligations of the outgoing Account Bank and releasing the outgoing Account Bank from its future obligations under this Agreement.

Change of Account Bank. If there is any change in the identity of the Account BankBank changes, the Cash Manager, the Mortgages Trustee, Funding 1, Funding 2, the Funding 1 Security Trustee Guarantor and the Funding 2 Security Bond Trustee shall execute such documents and take such actions as the new Account Bank and the outgoing Account Bank, the Funding 1 Security Trustee Bank and the Funding 2 Security Bond Trustee may require for the purpose of vesting in the new Account Bank the rights and obligations of the outgoing Account Bank and releasing the outgoing Account Bank from its future obligations under this Agreement.

Change of Account Bank. If there is any change in the identity of the Account Bank, then the Cash ManagerAdministrators, the Mortgages Issuer, the Trustee, Funding 1, Funding 2, the Funding 1 Security Trustee Sellers and the Funding 2 Security Trustee any other existing account bank shall execute such documents and take such actions as the new Account Bank account bank and the outgoing Account Bank, the Funding 1 Security Trustee retiring account bank and the Funding 2 Security Trustee may require for the purpose of vesting in the new Account Bank account bank the rights rights, benefits and obligations of the outgoing Account Bank retiring account bank and releasing the outgoing Account Bank retiring account bank from its future obligations under this Agreement.

If there is any change in the identity of the Account Bank, then the Cash ManagerAdministrator, the Mortgages Issuer, the Trustee, Funding 1, Funding 2, the Funding 1 Security Trustee Seller and the Funding 2 Security Trustee any other existing account bank shall execute such documents and take such actions as the new Account Bank account bank and the outgoing Account Bank, the Funding 1 Security Trustee retiring account bank and the Funding 2 Security Trustee may require for the purpose of vesting in the new Account Bank account bank the rights rights, benefits and obligations of the outgoing Account Bank retiring account bank and releasing the outgoing Account Bank retiring account bank from its future obligations under this Agreement.

If there is any change in the identity of the (i) Account BankBank A or (ii) Account Bank B, the Cash Manager, the Mortgages Trustee, Funding 1, Funding 2, the Funding 1 Security Trustee and the Funding 2 Security Trustee shall execute such documents and take such actions as the relevant new Account Bank and the relevant outgoing Account Bank, the Funding 1 Security Trustee Bank and the Funding 2 Security Trustee may require for the purpose of vesting in the relevant new Account Bank the rights and obligations of the relevant outgoing Account Bank and releasing the relevant outgoing Account Bank from its future obligations under this Agreement.

Change of Account Bank. If there is any change in the identity of the Account Bank, otherwise permitted hereunder, the Cash Manager, the Mortgages Trustee, Funding 1, Funding 2GDA Provider, the Funding 1 Security Guarantor, the Bond Trustee and the Funding 2 Security Trustee shall will execute such documents and take such actions as the each new Account Bank and the outgoing ongoing Account Bank, the Funding 1 Security Trustee Bank and the Funding 2 Security Bond Trustee may require for the purpose of vesting in the each new Account Bank the rights and obligations of the outgoing Account Bank and releasing the outgoing Account Bank from its future obligations under this Agreement.

Change of Account Bank. If there is any change in the identity of the Account Bank, the Cash Manager, the Mortgages Trustee, Funding 1, Funding 2Fund, the Funding 1 Security Trustee GIC Provider and the Funding 2 Security Trustee Representative shall execute such documents and take such actions as the new Account Bank and the outgoing Account Bank, the Funding 1 Security Trustee Bank and the Funding 2 Security Trustee Representative may require for the purpose of vesting in the new Account Bank the rights and obligations of the outgoing Account Bank and releasing the outgoing Account Bank from its future obligations under this Agreement.
