CHANGE OF ANNUITANT. If the Owner is an individual, the Owner may change the Annuitant(s) at any time prior to the Annuity Date. To make a change, the Owner must send a written notice to Us at least 30 days before the Annuity Date. If the Owner is a non-natural person, the Owner may not change the Annuitant.

The maximum aggregate Purchase Payment(s) we will accept without prior administrative office approval is $1,000,000. We reserve the right not to accept any Purchase Payment.
