Common use of Change of Applicable Lending Office Clause in Contracts

Change of Applicable Lending Office. Any Bank claiming any additional amount payable pursuant to this Section 2.12 shall use its reasonable best efforts (consistent with its internal policy and applicable Governmental Rules) to change the jurisdiction of its lending office if such a change would avoid the need for, or reduce the amount of, any such additional amount that may thereafter accrue and would not, in the reasonable judgment of such Bank, be materially disadvantageous to such Bank.
