Change of business and constitutional documents. (a) Except with the prior written consent of the Required Lenders, the Obligors will not, and shall procure that no other member of the Group will, cease to carry on or make any change in all or any part of its business and activities as presently conducted, or carry on any other business, except for similar related business, or change the place of its jurisdiction or its organisation as presently conducted.
