Change of capacities. 3.10.1 Any Founder Generator, any Founder Supplier, any Externally Interconnected Party and any Party admitted as an additional party to this Agreement pursuant to this Clause 3 may, upon application to the Executive Committee and satisfaction of such conditions (if any) as the Executive Committee may reasonably require, change the capacity(ies) in which it participates as a Party.
