The Grantors hereby understand and agree that if, at any time hereafter, any Grantor elects to move its Executive Office, or if any Grantor elects to change its name, identity, state of incorporation or organization, any tradename used to identify it in the conduct of its business or in the ownership of its properties, or its structure to other than as existing on the date hereof, the Grantors will notify the Agent in writing at least 30 days prior thereto.
