Common use of Change of Chief Place of Business Clause in Contracts

Change of Chief Place of Business. The Owner Trustee shall give prompt notice to the Lessee and the Administrative Agent if the Owner Trustee's chief place of business or chief executive office, or the office where the records concerning the accounts or contract rights relating to the Property are kept, shall cease to be located at the Trust Company's Corporate Trust Administration office in Wilmington, Delaware or if it shall change its name.

Change of Chief Place of Business. The Owner Trustee shall give prompt notice to the Lessee and the Administrative Agent if the Owner Trustee's ’s chief place of business or chief executive office, or the office where the records concerning the accounts or contract rights relating to the Property Equipment are kept, shall cease to be located at the Trust Company's Corporate Trust Administration office in Wilmington, Delaware or if it shall change its name, identity or corporate structure.

Change of Chief Place of Business. The Owner Trustee shall give prompt notice to the Lessee and the Administrative Agent if the Owner Trustee's chief place of business or chief executive principal corporate trust office, or the office where the records concerning the accounts or contract rights relating to the Property are kept, shall cease to be located at the Trust Company's Corporate Trust Administration office in WilmingtonDivision, Delaware 120 Xxxxx Xxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Suite 400, Los Angeles, California 90012 or if it shall change its name.

Change of Chief Place of Business. The Owner Trustee shall give prompt notice to the Lessee and the Administrative Agent Indenture Trustee if the Owner Trustee's name changes or the chief place of business or chief executive office, or the office where the records concerning the accounts or contract rights relating to the Property are kept, shall cease to be located at the Trust Company's Corporate Trust Administration office as set forth in Wilmington, Delaware or if it shall change its nameSection 8.1(i).

Change of Chief Place of Business. The Owner Trustee and the Investor shall give prompt notice to the Lessee Lessees and the Administrative Agent if the Owner Trustee's chief place of business or chief executive office, or the office where the records concerning the accounts or contract rights relating to the Property Properties are kept, shall cease to be located at the Trust Company's Corporate Trust Administration office location described in WilmingtonSection 7.02, Delaware or if it shall change its name, identity or corporate structure.
