Common use of Change of contact details Clause in Contracts

Change of contact details. A party may notify the other parties to this Agreement of a change of its relevant address or facsimile number for the purposes of Clause 15.3, provided that such notification shall only be effective on: 15.4.1 the date specified in the notification as the date on which the change is to take place; or 15.4.2 if no date is specified or the date specified is less than two Business Days after the date on which notice is given, the date falling two Business Days after notice of any such change has been given.

Change of contact details.
