Common use of Change of Contacts and Officers Clause in Contracts

Change of Contacts and Officers. Xxxxxx agrees to notify the Director of Parks and Recreation of any changes in the officers of Xxxxxx within thirty (30) days after said change. Attached to and incorporated by reference into the terms of this agreement are the names and addresses of the current office holders of Lessee.
