Change of Control Agreement Amount. In return for Employee’s execution of and adherence to this Release of Claims, the Seller Bank shall pay the Employee the Change of Control Agreement Amount, as set forth in the Settlement Agreement between the Buyer, Buyer Bank, Seller, and Seller Bank and the Employee, dated May 5, 2016, in the total amount of Dollars ($ )].
