Change of Control Severance Agreement. If the Executive receives benefits under Sections 1 and 2 and 3 of this Amendment, Executive shall not be entitled to receive benefits under Section 3(a) of the Agreement; provided, however, that in such event Executive shall still receive benefits under Sections 1, 2 and 3 of this Amendment. To the extent not expressly amended by this Amendment, the Agreement remains in full force and effect.
