Change of Control Severance Benefits. (a) Involuntary Termination other than for Cause, Death or Disability or Voluntary Termination for Good Reason Following A Change of Control. If, within twelve (12) months following a Change of Control, Employee’s employment is terminated involuntarily by the Company other than for Cause, death or Disability or by the Employee pursuant to a Voluntary Termination for Good Reason, then the Company shall provide the Employee with the benefits as set forth below:
