Common use of Change of designated Card Account Clause in Contracts

Change of designated Card Account. Should we approve any request by the Customer to designate another account in place of the existing Card Account for the purposes of this Agreement, the card account nominated by the Customer shall become the designated Card Account. The change shall take effect from any date that we may determine. Until and unless we have approved the change of your designated Card Account, this Agreement shall continue to apply to any Card Transactions for which amounts have been set aside to the previous Card Account.
