Change of Jurisdiction, Location, Names or Location of Loan Asset Files. The Borrower shall not change the jurisdiction of its formation, change the location of its principal place of business and chief executive office or make any change to its name or use any tradenames, fictitious names, assumed names, “doing business as” names or other names unless, prior to the effective date of any such change in the jurisdiction of its formation, change in location or name change or use, the Borrower provides at least 10 days prior written notice thereof and delivers to the Administrative Agent such financing statements as the Administrative Agent may request to reflect such change in the jurisdiction of its formation, change in location or name change or use, together any other documents and instruments as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request in connection therewith. The Borrower shall not move, or consent to the Collateral Custodian moving, the Loan Asset Files from the location thereof on the Closing Date or applicable Advance Date, unless the Administrative Agent shall consent to such move in writing (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned).
